It’s not glamorous paperwork. It’s the difference between a security guard being able to make a confident call in ten seconds and one who has to wave someone through because the form in front of them doesn’t ask the right questions.

    Most gate pass templates you find online are either far too generic a single box that says “item description” and nothing else or borrowed from a completely different industry and never adjusted.
